The company has signed an acquisition agreement with ams-Osram to buy its optical component business related assets mainly in Singapore. And Focuslight has created its Singapore subsidiary accordingly. In the future, Xi’an and Singapore will be co-HQ of the company.

Job Description
1. Take care of all accounting functions for Singapore legal entity which has all activities from R&D to manufacturing and sales, etc.
2. Lead international FSSC team members of Focuslight
3. Ensure smooth transition of Osram assets and business in Singapore from accounting and finance perspective, especially related to costing
4. Work with global finance BP team to provide efficient finance support to business partners in Singapore and beyond
5. Refine accounting procedures of Focuslight in each country
6. Participate in global SAP rollout
6. Other accounting related duties

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related majors
2. More than 5 years of working experience in accounting and SSC
3. More than 3 years of manufacturing costing experience
4. Familiar with relative local laws and tax regulations of Singapore
5. Familiar with IFRS
6. Exposure to China accounting principles preferred
7. Proficiently use Microsoft office and familiar with SAP
8. CPA or equivalent certifications preferred
9. Strong communications and coordination skills, pressure resistance and learning ability
10. Fluent English and Chinese.
11. Occasionally business travels to China and Europe
