岗位职责：
1.负责PCBA生产线的整体规划、布局和优化，确保生产效率和产品质量。
2.制定并执行生产计划，监控生产进度，确保订单按时完成。
3.管理和培训生产团队，提升团队技能和生产效率。
4.与采购、质量、研发等部门紧密合作，确保生产流程顺畅。
5.负责生产成本控制，提高资源利用率，降低浪费。
6.监督和执行安全规程，确保生产环境的安全。
7.跟踪最新的PCBA制造技术和流程，持续改进生产方法。
岗位要求：
1.工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.8年以上PCBA制造业相关工作经验，其中至少3年生产管理经验。
3.熟悉PCBA生产流程、设备和质量控制标准。
4.具备良好的团队领导能力和沟通技巧。
5.能够在压力下工作，具备解决问题的能力。
6.熟练使用生产管理软件和办公软件。
7.具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够与国际团队协作。

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for overall planning, layout, and optimization of PCBA production lines to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
2.Develop and execute production plans, monitor production progress, and ensure orders are completed on time.
3.Manage and train the production team to enhance skills and production efficiency.
4.Collaborate closely with purchasing, quality, R&D departments to ensure smooth production processes.
5.Responsible for production cost control, improve resource utilization, and reduce waste.
6.Supervise and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe production environment.
7.Stay updated with the latest PCBA manufacturing technologies and processes, continuously improving production methods.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or related fields.
2.At least 8 years of experience in the PCBA manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 3 years in production management.
3.Familiarity with PCBA production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
4.Strong leadership and communication skills.
5.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
6.Proficient in production management software and office software.
7.Good English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
