Job Requirements:
-- Bachelor Degree, 8+ years’ work experiences and at least 5 years department management experience.
-- Rich experience in food ( Especially in chilli sauce, coffee, cocoa and spice etc） industry and
be familiar with these production lines.
-- Full knowledge of BRC, ISO, HACCP, SSOP and GMP.
-- Honest, Initiative, hard work and strong in problem solving and Team management.
-- Willing to travel to China for training and promoting.
-- Fluent in English.

Key areas of responsibility:
-- In charge of the new factory design and preparation according to the regulation of the local government.
-- Manages staff and workers in the OPS department well, develop and promote them in their work roles and beyond.
-- Ensure all products are operated according to health, sanitation and safety regulation.
-- Ensure that all orders delivery on time with high efficiency, lowest material consumption and best quality, loading and unloading smoothly.
-- Coordinate closely with supply chain departments for Import – Export and make sure that all datas in and out of storage are complete and accurate.
-- To support and supervise QA, food engineer and lab’s work to make sure all audits and inspections pass smoothly.
-- To support sales and marketing and business development’s efforts and keep good
communications with China Team.
-- Establish and continuously enhance and improve all work processes and procedures.
