(任职资格:
·学历要求:高中以上学历;在办公室行政管理或相关领域有额外资格者优先。
·经验:有2-3年行政或办公室支持工作经验者优先。
·技能:
熟练使用微软办公软件(Word,Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint)。
。要求具备基本的英语能力。中文(普通话)是一个强有力的优势。
优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。
。对费用管理和处理零用金有基本了解。
。独立工作能力和团队合作能力。
。注意细节,工作准确性高。

·熟悉简单的人力资源流程和候选人选拔。
Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and ensure
timely responses and follow-ups.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and
retrieval.
Support scheduling and calendar management for office meetings and
appointments.
Assist in arranging travel, booking accommodations, and preparing travel
itineraries for staff.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing meeting
rooms and common areas.
Manage daily office expenses, maintain accurate records, and control petty cash
to ensure proper usage and documentation.
Assist with basic HR functions in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates
for certain positions and scheduling interviews with potential hires.
Organize and coordinate interview logistics, ensuring candidates have a smooth
interview experience.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff witha friendly and professional
demeanor.
Qualifications:
·Education: High school diploma or above; additional qualifications in office
administration or a related field are a plus.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is
preferred.
Skills:
。Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Basic proficiency in English is required. Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong
advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic understanding of expense management and handling petty cash.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Friendly and approachable with good interpersonal skills.
