Major of Machinery or Marketing
4)熟悉港口、散料设备的性能特点，具备丰富的营销知识与营销经验，熟悉工业设备售服管理流程，掌握企业管理、项目管理的相关知识
-Familiar with the performance characteristics of port and bulk equipment, with rich marketing knowledge and marketing experience,
-Familiar with the industrial equipment sales and service management process, and master the relevant knowledge of enterprise management and project management.
5)5年以上同类行业营销管理岗位工作经验
More than 5 years of experience in marketing management positions in similar industries.
6)熟悉印度市场，对市场有敏锐的洞察力及分析能力，具备出色的沟通协调能力。
Familiar with the Indian market, keen market insights and analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination skills.



岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1)负责印度公司发展战略的策划和重大发展事项的决策；
Responsible for the planning of Indian company growth strategy and decision making on major development issues.
2)负责年度销售和售服计划的推进实施及业务协调指导；
Responsible for the promotion and implementation of annual sales and service plan, together with business coordination and guidance.
3)负责印度公司营销/售服体系组建，团队建立及管理的工作；
Responsible for the formation of marketing/sales service system, team building and management of Indian company.
4)负责协调印度市场客户意见、投诉的受理、跟踪处理和反馈管理；
Responsible for coordinating the receipt, tracking and feedback management of customer comments/complaints in the Indian market.
5)负责控制印度当地市场营销费用及印度公司相关费用的支出管理；
Responsible for controlling the local marketing expenses in India and managing the expenses related to the company in India.
6)负责服务性订单的接洽、合同签订、执行及应收款管理；
Responsible for service order taking, contract signing, execution and receivable management.
7)负责印度当地配件仓储物流及关务的协调管理；
Responsible for the coordination and management of local parts warehousing, logistics and customs in India.
8)负责印度公司与RHM之间的协调管理；
Responsible for co-ordination and management between Indian company and RHM.
9)负责整个印度公司管理流程顺畅、有效性和高效性；
Responsible for smooth, effective and efficient management processes across the Indian company.
10)负责客户满意度调查及客户满意度的管理；
Responsible for customer satisfaction survey and customer satisfaction management.
11)负责对部门主管各级人员的考核、培训、教育；
Responsible for the assessment, training and education of departmental supervisors at all levels.
12)负责完成RHM交办的其它工作任务。
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by RHM.
