岗位职责：
Key Responsibilities:
1. 负责自动化设备及线体的机械总装，包括导轨、气缸等传动部件的安装与调整。
Perform mechanical assembly of automated equipment and production lines, including the installation and precision adjustment of guide rails, pneumatic cylinders, and other transmission components.
2，能够独立阅读并理解复杂的机械装配图纸、气动/液压原理图；
Read and interpret complex mechanical assembly drawings, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
3，根据电气原理图，完成控制柜与现场设备之间的布线、桥架安装接线，伺服驱动器I/O模块等工作。
Execute electrical wiring and installation tasks based on electrical schematics, including the routing of cables from control cabinets to field devices, installing cable trays, and terminating connections for devices like servo drive I/O modules.
4，配合控制系统工程师，参与PLC I/O信号的点对点测试、伺服电机与机器人的上电调试。
Collaborate with control systems engineers to support PLC I/O testing, as well as the power-up and debugging of servo motors and industrial robots.
5，对已交付的产线提供技术支持，进行故障诊断、维修及预防性维护保养。
Provide technical support for installed production lines, conducting troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

任职资格：
Qualifications & Requirements：
1，高中及以上学历，持有工业技术、机电一体化或相关领域职业认证者优先。
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
2，在非标自动化、汽车制造、机械设备集成或相关行业的机电技术员工作经验。
Experience as an Electromechanical Technician in industries such as custom automation, automotive manufacturing, machinery integration, or related sectors.
3，具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力及强烈的责任心；
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
4，对工业机器人（如发那科、库卡、ABB）和西门子PLC者优先。
Familiarity with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and Siemens PLC systems is a plus.
