Key Responsibilities
Directly manage daily production operations on the workshop floor
Allocate manpower, manage shifts, and ensure production targets are met
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
Enforce safety rules, discipline, and standard operating procedures
Liaise with Production Manager, Warehouse, and Quality teams
Maintain production records: output, attendance, and daily reports
Train and coach production staff to improve efficiency and compliance

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a workshop or production supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with factory floor management, production scheduling, and quality control
Strong leadership, team management, and discipline enforcement skills
Good numerical ability and ability to track production data
Proficient in English for daily communication and reporting
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Age: 30–45 years
