JOBS DESCRIPTION:
Manage and assigned product portfolio to meet company objectives in terms of sales and profitability.
Develop marketing strategies and plans to grow the assigned portfolio within budget.
Execute Plans to achieve set objectives, including product launch, campaigns, promotion and value creation.
Develop and translate products related communication tools.
Provide clear positioning, strategies and communication plan to support new launch and strategies.
Study market trends and product gap to identify new product or upgrade opportunities and working closely with internal team in forecasting and pricing.
Products sales perfomance tracking and analysis for proacive action to manageme the sales.
Conduct panel test on new products, market research , competitors analysis.
Work with the relavent departments to implement plan to achieve the desire results.

REQUIREMENT:
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Nutritionist and Food Science
Minimum 3-5 years in Product Management and Marketing experience.
Experience in planning and organizing for new product launches and managing existing products.
Possess strong leadership skill, resourceful and with strategic thinking mindset.
Analytical and creative with marketing skills.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Exposure in MLM/Health and Wellness Industry is an added advantage.
Required Language: Bahasa Indonesia and English. Fluent in Mandarin will be added advantage.
