岗位职责：
1.负责对商场店铺招商，吸引有实力的贸易企业在卡塔尔国投资并开展业务Attracting investment for commercial shops and binging in Chinese and foreign entities with strength to invest and develop the business in Qatar.
2.管理公司旗下的商铺、办公室等物业的租赁及合约 Managing shops and offices under the company regarding leasing and contract matters.
3.引领客户完成商场内店铺的租赁手续 Leading clients to complete the shop renting procedure
4.维护与业主关系，服务业主，使业主在本地合法、便利经营 Maintaining relationship and providing the services to the tenants in order to operate in a legal and convenient way.
5.处理并协调商户违规事项 Handling and coordinating tenant’s violation matters.
6.操作商户申请的相关租赁业务 Operating corresponding leasing transaction of tenant ‘application.
7.提高物业的租赁比例，保证租金的收取 Improving property’s leasing proportion and ensure rent collection.
8.监督与管理店铺按照商场规章制度经营 Supervising and managing shops in accordance with rules and regulations of shopping mall.
9.根据新租赁信息在合同模板下调整英阿语合同 Adjusting English-Arabic contract under the contract template according to new leasing information.
10.部门内外部的工作协调使之顺利完成 Work coordination until completion internally and externally inside the department.
11.调研租赁市场、拓展招商渠道， 协助招商市场宣传Marketing research in leasing field、Extending investment attraction channel and assisting propaganda of investment attraction.
12.处理工作文档且有条理的归入电子档与纸质档 Handling work documents and archiving those well in both soft copy and hard copy.
13.编写工作相关文案，草拟简易合同 Writing work-related copywriting and drafting short contract.
14.负责阿拉伯语文件翻译、与非英语交流的阿拉伯人口头翻译Translating Arabic documents and carrying oral translation with non-English speaking Arabic.
岗位要求：
1.阿拉伯语专业优先 Major in Arabic language preferred. 2.有房地产招商/客户关系/市场拓展/租赁行业等相关3年以上工作经验 More than 3 years working experience in investment attraction of real estate、customer relationship、business development and other leasing related business.
3.能熟练使用电脑的office 办公软件 Be skilled with computer office software.
4.具有较强人际沟通能力及服务意识 Having a strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service consciousness.
5.有海外工作、学习经验者优先考虑 working and studying abroad experience preferred.
6.有客户关系/租赁行业经验者优先考虑 Experience in customer relationship and leasing related work preferred.
11.英语、阿拉伯语听说读写流利Fluency in English and Arabic (listening 、speaking、reading and writing).
12.具有较强的中文文案功底、语言表达能力与逻辑思辩能力 Having capability in Chinese copywriting skills、language expression and logical deliberations.
