Establishes and maintains business processes standards. Manages the standard business process governance structure, enabling policies, and procedure.
Ensures documentations of standard business processes. Reports adherence to the developed standards business processes, identifying areas for improvement
Drives innovation and automation of business processes in collaboration with functional business process owner and operational excellence
Manage SCM full portfolio in SAP technology platform for improve business by providing solutions and services with agreed service level (Business result, operation efficiency, cost effective)
Leads training, change and knowledge management across E2E Operations


Your profile
15+ years of related experience
10 years+ of management experience, 8 years+ SAP experience
Business process standard identification, development, and governance
Able to drive continuous improvement through process improvement and innovation
Capability in measuring and driving business process adherence
Process excellent written and verbal communications
Demonstrated experience of regular interaction with Senior leaders including strong influencing skills
Working knowledge of SAP PP,WM,QM

Strong communication and presentation skills, detail oriented, stakeholder focused and be able to handle multiple deliverables with close deadlines
Strong experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (i.e. SAP, SAP Hana)
Experience managing multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing them successfully to completion
