Job Description and Accountabilities

•Responsible for the effective overall management and delivery of the EPC Package contract to which assigned
•Responsible for the safe delivery of the assigned package EPC contract to the required quality and within the agreed schedule and budget
•Leadership and coordination of multi-discipline EPC package Project task force team.
•Lead team to assist KEC PMT front end work such as review basic design, safety study, technical scheme discussion.
•To follow KEC instruction to participate the activities in front end work including but not limited to : basic design review, technical scheme study, vendor’s workshop, screening vendors and contractors, prepare and review ITBs.
•Ensuring the assigned EPC package is managed and delivered to client technical, safety contractual and commercial standards, policies and procedures.
•Ensuring the PMC Project is managed and delivered to client technical, safety contractual and commercial standards, policies and procedures in relation to the EPC task force team for which responsible
•Ensuring that client relationships and lines of communication are maintained at all levels within the assigned EPC package.
•Ensuring that EPC package task force team is resourced to the necessary level to maintain PMC activities in relation to EPC package management
•Ensuring that the interface between the assigned EPC project and the other EPC packages are effectively managed
•Safety leadership and safe delivery of the assigned EPC Project.
•Ensuring effective reporting to client
•Provides leadership, guidance and direction concerning all facets of assigned project delivery. Provides timely reports on status of the project and issues to client teams.
•HSES leadership of the assigned EPC package.
•Liaison with other EPC package project managers and task teams to maximize interface management, sharing/adoption of project delivery best practice and delivery improvement across all PMC EPC contracts.
•Participate in key client reviews and meetings as required, including project Risk management and lessons learned.
•Lead assigned Project Monthly Progress reviews with the EPC Contractor and client.
•Regular reporting on EPC package status and presentation of status, issues and corrective actions at client project reviews as necessary – including regular briefings and updates to client leaders and personnel.
•To Lead, develop and issue assigned Project Management Plans for PMC management team and customer review.
•Maintain a high degree of administrative order and record keeping within the project task team to allow effective control of costs, overtime, business trip and other requests and approvals as per customer requirements
•Create and sustain a good contract team spirit within and between the Internal project team and client team(s).
