Business Development Specialist
We are looking for Retail Real Estate- Business development for a fast growing retail brand. If you have strong experience into property acquisition, store expansion, negotiation and commercial knowledge.
You will be an integral part of our Property Acquisition team bringing on new supply through research, lead development, negotiation and contract closure.

Job Description:
1.He/she will possess good understanding of the property management market in UAE.
2.Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build active pipeline.
3.Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners and developers.
4.Establishing/revising property management forms, reports, and manuals including updates, changes, and additions.
5.Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
6.Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.
7.Focusing on existing accounts with a client centric retention and expansion strategy
