MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要工作职责：
1、 建立实验室的测试管理制度和日常管理
Establish the test management system of the laboratory and Daily management of the laboratory
2、 根据光伏组件和物料的测试需求，规划测试项目；
According to the testing requirements of PV module and materials to do the test item plan.
3、 制定和实施实验设备的维护保养
Formulated and implemented the maintenance of the experimental equipment
4、 测试结果的汇总，编写测试报告，必须时协助总部实验室编写测试报告
Summarized test results, prepared test reports, and assisted the HQ laboratory in preparing test reports when necessary
5、 协同其他部门评估测试仪器，建立测试标准，优化测试手段；
Cooperate with other departments to evaluate test instruments, establish test standards, and optimize test methods;
6、 协助其他部门对产线关键点和部分原材料的监控测试；
Assist other departments to monitor and test key points of production line and some raw materials;
7、 负责小组内工程师和实验员的培训、管理和绩效考核；
Responsible for the training, management and performance evaluation of engineers and experimenters in the group;
8、 负责实验室的日常工作，月度和年度汇报总结；
