工作内容：
1.根据需求指定实施目标的计划负责国际物流项目售前工作支持，如客户需求分析、技术方案、服务保障方案等；
2.负责售中导入组织工作，包括项目SOW及SOP输出、成本收集及分析、人员培训及上线运营；
3.负责项目售前售中复盘（过程、系统、商务、损益、运营质量等），及与售后部门的平稳交接；
4.负责客户损益模型搭建，提升项目盈利能力；
5.负责行业解决方案的收集，整理并输出产品手册

任职要求：
1.可使用英语，会中文优先考虑；
2.有10年及以上空运、海运或跨境运输相关工作经验；有航司、船司业务资源
3.具备较强的逻辑思维能力、跨部门协作能力、产品化思维、战略思考能力；
4.有强大的自驱力，有良好的敬业精神，能够协同相关部门积极推动业务发展；
5.熟练使用办公软件
工作职责：
1. Responsible for the pre-sale work support of international logistics projects, such as customer demand analysis, technical solutions, service assurance plans, etc. according to the demand;
2. Be responsible for the organization work of import during sales, including project sow and SOP output, cost collection and analysis, personnel training and online operation;
3. Responsible for pre-sale and in-sales re inventory of projects (process, system, business, profit and loss, operation quality)
4. Responsible for customer profit and loss model building, improve project profitability;
5. Responsible for the collection of industry solutions, organize and output product manuals
工作要求：
1.Be able to use English, able to say Chinese is preferred;
2. Have 10 years or more working experience in air, sea or cross-border transportation; have business resources of aviation or shipping company;
3. Have strong logical thinking, cross department cooperation, product thinking, strategic thinking ability;
4. Have strong self-driving force, professionalism, can promote business development with relevant departments actively;
5. Skillfully use office software piece
