JOB SUMMARY: This Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales growth and account penetration within the Boway Copper Strips product segment. Primary areas of accountability include planning and executing a cohesive business development strategy, providing ongoing customer service and support, and serving as an internal consultant on inventory and logistics matters.
Key Performance Objectives in order of priority with projected time allocation include:
1. Executing sales plans to deliver new and organic growth that meet annual sales goals. 45%
2. Delivering superior customer service and support across industry segments that results in industry leading customer satisfaction. 20%
3. Developing market and industry analysis specific to the business unit in order to drive annual goal planning that meets our strategic and financial objectives. 10%
4. Developing creative customer and market strategies that drive awareness, engagement and demand generation. 10%
5. Consulting on the development and implementation of inventory management decisions to ensure continuous product supply to support all business unit customers and market fluctuations while optimizing our working capital. 5%
Note: Ten percent of time is reserved for ancillary responsibilities, interruptions and unplanned events.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experiences: More than 10 years experiences in sales & marketing on copper strips as semi-finished product or raw material which is used in automobile industry, consumer products industry...
2. Skills: Proficiency in MS Windows and Office, fluent English writing and speaking skills, excellent communication skills, good management skills.
3. Qualifications: University degree, with major in economics, marketing or material/mechanical engineering or MBA is preferred.
