岗位职责
1、审核施工图中有关水、电、暖、气、设备等方面的设计图纸，及时提出修改建议并根据客户需求提出合理变更方案；
2、经常对施工现场进行跟踪检查，包括质量、成本、进度、安全及文明施工等方面；
3、配合工程经理协调施工现场各单位之间的关系，及时处理各类问题；
4、配合设计单位对水、电、暖、气、设备等特殊和关键部位向施工单位进行技术交底；
5、及时向工程经理汇报水、电、暖、气、设备等工程实施过程中发现的重大问题，并提出相关的解决意见和建议；
6、参加单位工程各分部分项验收并收集整理工程相关资料。
1. Review the design drawings related to water, electricity, heating, gas, equipment and other aspects of the construction drawings, promptly propose amendments and propose reasonable changes according to customer needs;
2. Frequent follow-up inspections of the construction site, including quality, cost, schedule, safety and civilized construction, etc.;
3. Cooperate with the engineering manager to coordinate the relationship between the various units on the construction site and deal with various problems in a timely manner;
4. Cooperate with the design unit to make technical clarifications to the construction unit for special and key parts such as water, electricity, heating, gas, and equipment;
5. Report to the project manager the major problems found during the implementation of water, electricity, heating, gas, equipment and other projects in a timely manner, and put forward relevant solutions and suggestions;
6. Participate in the acceptance of each sub-item of the unit's project and collect and sort out project-related materials.
任职要求
1、水电暖通类相关专业；
2、熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉水电类施工图、施工管理和有关水电施工的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范等基本建设程序；
3、熟练使用word、excel、autocad、photoshop、ppt等工程管理软件及办公软件；
4、具备良好的沟通与协作能力
1. Majors related to hydropower, heating and ventilation;
2. Familiar with relevant national and local regulations and policies, familiar with hydropower construction drawings, construction management and construction specifications and requirements related to hydropower construction, and master basic construction procedures such as project planning, architectural design, construction, and acceptance specifications;
3. Proficiency in using word, excel, autocad, photoshop, ppt and other engineering management software and office software;
4. Have good communication and collaboration skills
