Responsibilities
The first stage
A. Cooperate with the sales team of the group headquarters to contact and visit distributors to promote cooperation;
B. Market information research: Including target market situation, as well as product bidding data and competitive product information;
C. Do the research of Product registration and warehouse situation to prepare for localization and self-hosted certification;

The second stage
D. Gradually develop distributors independently, establish preliminary contacts with them, and cooperate with the sales of the group headquarters to complete sales performance;
E. Localization promotion. Online social media and offline meetings are combined to make product promotion,and cooperate with distributors to do KOL marketing activities in the future.


kill Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, medical or sales work background; work experience in the field of interventional medical devices or local hospital people relationship are preferred.

2. Those who dont have the experience of interventional medical devices need to participate in the company's product training.

3. Can conduct business communication and spoke fluently with Portuguese language.

4. With independent working ability, interpersonal communication ability, excellent business promotion ability, coordination ability and teamwork spirit. Full of passion to work.

5.Working hours no less than 4 hours per day (Brazil working hours. Can go business trips in Brazil. Those who has car and driver's license are preferred.

Salary negotiable.


岗位职责：

第一阶段
A配合集团本部销售团队联系代理商，拜访代理商，促成合作；
B市场信息调研：包含产品目标市场情况，以及产品中标数据，竞品信息；
C产品注册市场调研及仓库调研，为本地化和自主持证做准备工作；
第二阶段
D逐步独立开发代理商，建立初步联系，和集团本部销售共同合作完成销售业绩；
E本地化推广-线上社媒与线下会议结合，做品宣及收集和培养经销商和KOL 资源。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，有医学或者销售工作背景；有介入医疗器械领域工作经历或者当地医院资源的优先考虑。
2、非本行业者需参与公司产品培训。
3、葡语达到商务沟通水平、口语流畅；
4、具有独立工作能力、人际沟通协调能力，优秀的业务推进能力，协调能力和团队合作精神，富有激情。
5、每天可提供工作时长不少于4小时（巴西工作时间内），可以配合巴西境内出差，有代步车、驾照者优先。
