Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, budget planning, daily administration etc.
监督餐厅每日营运情况，包括招聘、培训、预算计划及日常行政工作等
• Ensure Company standard can be maintained effectively in assigned area in terms of food quality, customer service and food hygiene & safety
确保食品质量，客户服务以及食品卫生安全方面有效地保持公司标准
• Responsible for cost & inventory controls to forecast and achieve the budgeted sales volume
管理会所盈亏，优化管理收益、控制各项成本以及其他可控制费用
• To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints
采取适当的行动处理顾客投诉，确保顾客满意度
• To follow up for any monthly or special promotional events
组织实施会所营销计划和各类促销活动
•Coordinate the public relations for Clubhouse and building a brand image
协调会所的对外/公共关系，树立良好的公司品牌形象
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
协助指派的其他临时项目

Job Requirements 工作要求：
• Diploma in Business Administration, F&B Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
工商管理，餐饮管理，酒店管理或相关专业文凭
• At least 3 years’ related working experience with minimum 1 years at managerial position
至少3年餐饮工作经验，至少1年管理经验
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
优秀的沟通能力，客户服务导向
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
通过上岗持续带教，制定和实施绩效目标，有效推进在职人员的发展及保留
• Service-oriented with strong initiatives to build customer relationship
以服务为导向，具有极强的主动性建立客户关系
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
精通MS Office和中文文字处理
• Good command of English and Mandarin, Khmer language is preferred
具备良好的普通话/英文水平，会使用柬语者优先
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
经验缺乏者将作为餐厅助理经理.
