Salary:8,000,000-12,000,000IDR/month
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and improve the recruitment channel system and recruitment process;
2. According to the company's talent strategy, formulate a phased recruitment plan and promote the implementation;
3. Publish recruitment information, organize talent screening and interviews;
4. According to the company's human resources planning, set up positions, write and maintain job descriptions;
5. Responsible for employee entry/resignation procedures, signing, renewal and management of employee labor contracts.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, human resources and other related management majors are preferred;
2. Familiar with basic computer operations, can use Word, Execel, PPT;
3. More than one year of recruitment work experience, those with large-scale enterprise personnel work experience are preferred;
4. Those who are familiar with the agricultural industry and can speak simple Chinese are preferred.
