Be responsible for the inspection and supervision of project construction quality. Able to plan the quality control scheme of project finishing. and the preparation of project quality control plans and procedures.
2.能够负责审核施工程序和记录，FAT/SAT方案和报告。
Be responsible for reviewing construction procedures and records, FAT/SAT programs and reports.
3.能够监督和指导QC工作，根据相关图纸、规范和验收标准，负责最终检验和工程质量验收。
Able to supervise and guide QC work, and be responsible for final inspection and project quality acceptance according to relevant drawings, specifications and acceptance standards.
4.能够组织和监督整个项目的工艺交接、质量控制点的检查和记录。
Able to organize and supervise the process handover, quality control point inspection and record of the whole project.
5.能够准备和审核项目过程质量文件。
Ability to prepare and review project process quality documents.
6.能够审核分包提交的质量文件，有能力能够做好分包的质量管控。处理过程中工程质量问题。
Be able to review the quality documents submitted by subcontracting and be able to do a good job in the quality control of subcontracting. Handling engineering quality problems in the process.
7.能够协调客户及第三方对项目进行检查和监督。对接客户处理过程中提出的质量问题。
Able to coordinate clients and third parties to inspect and supervise the project. Deal with quality issues raised during customer handling.
8.能够组织相关施工方定期对施工质量做好巡检。
Ability to organize relevant construction parties to conduct regular inspections on construction quality.
9.要有很好的质量预见能力，丰富的施工质量管理经验。
Have good quality forecasting ability and rich experience in construction quality management
10.能够协调组织项目最终竣工文件的编制，组织资料的移交。
Be able to coordinate and organize the preparation of final completion documents of the project, and organize the transfer of materials.
11.熟悉化工安装专业的管控流程，熟悉当地的法规、标准。
Familiar with the professional management and control process of chemical installation, familiar with local regulations and standards.
12.5年以上机械设备、管道、电气安装质量管理经验，材料，施工管理或相关行业学位
More than 5 years’ experience in quality management of mechanical equipment, piping, electrical installation, materials, construction management or related industry degree
