Position Name : HR & Admin . Supervisor or Manager
Key Responsibilities :
1. To be business partner , understand business strategies and provide supports / execution in perspective of Human resources
2.Oversee ful spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions in local office , supervise and management department staffs and operations .
3. Develop and implement effective staffing strategy and recruitment activities to acquire and retain talents to meet business needs .
4.Ensure accurate and smooth execution of compensation and benefits acivities including payroll , tax filing ,Provident Fund and other benefits administration , salary benchmark , annual salary review etc .
5. Build up health work environment and harmonious atmosphere and good employee relation with extensive knowledge of local law and regulations ;
6. Review and update HR and administration policies and procedures in accordance with statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness .
7. communicate closely with н Q HR and deal with relevant process in the company internal system .
8. Perform ad - hoc assignments as required
Key Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above , major in Business , Human Resources
Management or related disciplines .
2.5+ years solid and hands - on all - rounded HR and Admin experiences . Experience in handling payroll & recruitment preferred .
3. Good knowledge in local practices , employment ordinance and related legal regulatory .
4. Self - motivated with strong presentation , people management and problem - solving skills .
5. Sensitive to numbers and attentive to details with positive working
attitude . Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline .
6. Good communication skill . Can speak in English Fluently .
7. Able to work 48 hours per week and accept flexible work scheme .
8. Proicient in MS Office ( especially Excel ). flexible work schedule .
Business Travel : Occasionally

4.自我激励,有很强的表达、人员管理和解决问题的能力。
5.对数字敏感,注重细节,积极工作
态度。能够在压力下工作,并满足紧迫的期限。
6.良好的沟通技巧。能流利地用英语交谈。
7.能够每周工作48小时,并接受弹性工作制。
8.熟练使用微软办公软件(尤其是Excel)。弹性工作时间表。
