Job Responsibilities：

Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, and performance review;
Expatriate management which include visa application (employment pass and professional visit pass), tax reporting and ensure expatriate remain in legal compliance;
Liaise with government agencies and consultants for various license and approval application (e.g., local council business license, certification of completion and compliance, and environmental impact assessment).
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferable Human Resource Management related);
Outgoing candidate with good communication skills;
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English;
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.
