※ 岗位职责：
1、负责提供喷墨墨水技术服务支持；
2、反馈客户服务、客户投诉处理及改进建议等信息；
3、掌握产品卖点，负责走访、维护客户关系，并推进新客户的开拓。
※  任职要求：
1、专科或以上学历；
2、 熟悉喷墨印刷行业，有大幅面喷墨打印设备维修、色彩管理等相关经验，熟悉工业打印头者优先；
3、具备良好的抗压能力、沟通能力以及独立性。
 
A. Overseas technical engineer
※ job responsibilities:
1. Inkjet ink technology services;
2. Feedback from customer services, including customer complaints and troubleshooting suggestions;
3. Know well about the products, visit the customers and maintain the good relationships with customers. Also need to promote the products and development of new customers.
※ job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Have knowledge/experience about digital printing, with additional experience in maintenance for large-format inkjet printers, color management etc., familiar with industrial print head will be highly appreciated;
3. Good ability to work under pressure, communicate and be independent.
