Responsibilities:
Logistics:
1、Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts/rates with different shipping lines
2、Responsible for day-to-day communication and maintain good relationship with overseas agents
3、Tran-shipment Work; Goods coming from different countries once reach to Malaysia port. Need to transit HK/China port without entering Malaysian Territory.
4、Prepare and handling of all documents as requested by forwarding agents.
Trade Compliance:
1、Interpret trade and compliance policy and provide regulatory guidance relative to export/import compliance procedures and documentation.
Good understanding of Local market regulatory policies
2、Research on the department of approval for respective product. (ST - Electronics Product) (fashion brand products) (NPRA-Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical)
3、Understand Import Licence/ Brand registration process with local authorities, Collect all documents and follow up whole process for approval.
Business Development:
1、Responsible for local business development in Malaysia including, Contacting local distributors and suppliers as per company purchasing needs.
2、Attend and arrange meetings with supplier as requested by company
3、Searching local marketing agencies and Prepare marketing, sales and business plans as per brands required.
Administration Work/ Store Management :
1、Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
2、Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
3、Manage stocks and keep track of stock level on daily basis.

Qualifications:1、Bachelor/Master in International Trade, Marketing, or related field.2、 Strong verbal and written communications skills in both the local language and English.3、Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.4、Self-motivated and results-driven with high attention to detail.5、Negotiation experience with the manufacture/distributor is a plus.6、Qualified with brand resources is a plus.

1、选择承运人，与不同航运公司谈判合同/费率
2、负责日常沟通，维护与海外代理商的良好关系
3、转运工作：来自不同国家的货物到达马来西亚港口。需要过境香港/中国港口没有进入马来西亚领土。
4、根据货代的要求准备和处理所有文件。
贸易合规：
1、解释贸易合规政策，提供与进出口合规程序和文件相关的监管指导。
熟悉当地市场监管政策
2、对各自产品的审批部门进行研究。（意法半导体-电子产品）（时尚品牌产品）NPR A-化妆品和制药
3、了解进口许可证/品牌注册流程，收集所有文件并跟踪整个流程以获得批准。
业务发展：
1、负责马来西亚当地业务的发展，包括根据公司采购需求联系当地经销商和供应商。
2、根据公司要求参加并安排与供应商的会议
3、寻找当地的营销机构，根据品牌要求准备营销、销售和商业计划。
行政工作/店铺管理：
1、负责监督店铺的日常运作，确保店铺的正常有效运行。
2、确保店铺符合健康和安全规定
3、管理库存，跟踪每日库存情况。

任职资格:
1、本科/国际贸易、市场营销或相关专业硕士、
2. 较强的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
3、较强的人际沟通和谈判技巧。
4、工作积极主动，注重细节。
5、有与制造商/经销商谈判经验者优先考虑。
6、具备品牌资源者优先考虑。
