To ensure fast start up and growth of our business in Thailand and elsewhere in South East Asia, we are hiring a BD Manager responsible for new sales revenue. Although the company is new in Thailand, we already have a few clients in the country (energy, environment and industrial manufacturing) and elsewhere in the region.

• The BD Manager proactively generates new leads, follow opportunities and secure orders.
• Works together with our industrial and technical experts, in particular our main teams in China.
• Involves in all aspects of sales, from lead generation, pre-sales, proposals, bidding, negotiation with clients.
• Measured on sales pipeline buildup, progress and revenue collected.

Requirements:
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Fast learner: ability to start selling within weeks
• Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 5 years of working experience in sales or business development function, ideally with complex industrial IT solutions such as CMMS, EAM, ERP, SCADA, GIS, etc. or consulting services for industrial clients.
• Good communication skills in English, written and oral.
