工作职责：
1、 与客户沟通（通过会议、生产线调查、展览和电话会议等），了解客户的需求，并向客户推荐最合适的粘合剂解决方案。
2、 负责为客户定制产品应用、产品验证、故障排除和技术培训。
3、 向相关部门报告质量问题和客户投诉，作为一个团队持续改进产品。
4、 与设备供应商和内部设备专家合作，提供全面的解决方案，以增强客户的粘合剂相关流程。
5、 为客户的零件验证设计实验室实验，并向客户报告技术结果。
6、 与业务、产品开发和生产团队进行有效沟通，以管理项目进度，满足客户的进度要求。
工作要求：
1、 本科或以上学历，化学/机械/电子/材料工程或同等学历。
2、 物理测试和化学分析仪器的基本知识。
3、 有消费电子领域粘合剂应用经验者优先，但不是必须。
4、 有现场/应用工程师经验，至少1年经验优先。
5、 精通微软办公软件者优先。
6、 良好的英语和当地语言表达能力。懂普通话将是一个优势。
7、 能够在压力下独立工作，以满足项目紧凑的时间表。
8、 需要经常出差。
Job Responsibilities：
1、Communicates with our customers (through meetings, production line survey, exhibitions and con calls etc…), understands customer’s needs and recommends the best suitable adhesive solutions to our customers.
2、Responsible for customized products applications, product validation, troubleshooting and technical training to our customers.
3、Reports quality issues and customer complaint to related departments, work as a group for continuous product improvement.
4、Works with equipment suppliers and internal equipment experts to provide total solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.
5、Designs the laboratory experiments for customer’s parts validation and reports technical results to customers.
6、Effective communicates with business, product development and production team to manage project progress to fulfil customer’s schedule.

Job Requirements：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical/Mechanical/Electronic/Materials Engineering or equivalent is required.
2、Basic knowledge of physical testing and chemical analysis instruments.
3、Experience in adhesive application in consumer electronic field is preferred but not a must.
4、Experience in field/application engineer, at least 1 year experience is preferred.
5、Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred.
6、Good presentation skills in English and local language are required. Knowing mandarin will be an advantage.
7、Able to work individually and under pressure to meet project tight schedules.
8、Frequent travel is required.
