薪酬：2500-3000美金/月

职责描述：
1. 负责光伏组件技术工作，负责组件产品的电路分析和机械设计；
2. 负责新设备前期技术对接、设备进厂内外部协调、技术问题沟通推进；
3. 产品工艺文件的编制，各工序SOP制定的监督与实施；
4. 持续优化产线工艺方案，提升产品质量、产能及降低生产成本；
5. 负责设备的安装调试、改进、扩产、提升等各类项目跟进，产线相关指标的跟进及达成；；

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，2年以上光伏相关工作经验。
2、熟悉组件各种物料的性能，结构，检验和评估方法，能独立编制物料检验文件。
3、精通组件可靠性测试的项目和内容等。
4、熟练掌握PDCA、8D，QC等思想和方法，分析并处理生产过程中出现的异常。
5、熟练使用Office, AutoCAD等软件。
6、能独立制作英文文件, 用英文进行交流。
7、工作负责认真，态度积极。
