Responsibilities :
1. Technical support to Chinese Global customers/contractors worldwide.
2. Take the international project assignment to support global Chinese customer in different countries whenever requested.
3. Perform start-up and commissioning and training on customer site.
4. Support CCs in the competence development and certification process especially for technicians in the service contracts with Chinese customer.
5. Support local sales and marketing team towards chinses customer/contractors whenever requested.
Key competence, skills and experience required:
1. With at least 3 years' experience of machine service or design & development, have thorough understanding of equipment operation and maintenance, preferably within the mining and construction industry.
2. Knowledge and experience of hydraulic/ electrical engineering or service is preferred.
3. Engineering ability to analyze document structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system.
4. Be willing to take International project assignment among 6 - 12 months yearly in different countries.
5. Excellent oral & amp, written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
