JD 主要职责叙述：
This is a main responsible person for Test department of the Plant, This position report to Engineering manager. The main purpose is lead the routine work of test team, guide test engineer to evaluate test fixture, handle test issue, handle failure analysis and repairing.
该职位是VN公司测试管理工作的主要负责人，主导管理测试团队日常工作。该职位向工程经理汇报，同时指导测试工程师进行测试工装夹具设计评估、测试异常处理以及维修品分析反馈等工作。

Responsibilities 工作职责范围：
- Guide test fixture design and evaluation
指导测试工装夹具设计和评估；
- Be able to push team to improve test downtime
指导团队改善测试；
- Coordinate the interdepartmental communication on major testing issues.
协调处理重大测试异常问题及与各部门沟通协调解决问题等；
- Guide team on failure analysis and quality issue feedback.
指导跟进生产异常不良品处理和分析，反馈品质问题并跟进改善；
- Confirm team execute test standard, review new product test solution
指导团队执行测试标准，审核新产品测试方案；
- Follow up ECN related to testing
执行测试相关工程变更；
- Guide engineer to handle major issue during NPI progress, and have summary
指导处理试产过程中测试发现的重大问题及时总结并反馈；
- Guide team identify improvement gap and follow up continuous improvement
指导团队成员识别改善空間及跟进持续改善；
- Ensure that teams and projects meet customer requirements and reasonable expectations
确保团队和所负责项目符合客户要求及其合理期望；
- Improve engineering capability of subordinate
提升下属的能力

Educational background and work experience 教育背景及工作经验：
- College degree, Diploma in communication or electronic engineering related field
大专及以上学历，通信、电子相关专业；
- 8 years or more of EMS testing relevant work experience, 5 years or above management work experience
8年以上EMS行业测試工程相关工作经验，5年以上EMS行业工程管理经验，5年以上客户直接沟通的经验；
- Proficient in FA data analysis, can refine improvement points and push improvement. 对
FA数据具备较强的分析能力，并能提炼改善点，推动相关制程的改善。

Other Skills 专门技巧：
- Be familiar with ICT, FCT and other testing tools. Can setup and use testing platform, such as Audio Precision, CMW500.
熟悉测试工具、操作平台和环境配置，熟练使用各种相关测试仪器，熟悉 ICT, FCT；
- Be familiar with various electronic product and test process. Testing experience on IoT and Audio product is preferred. 熟悉各种电子产品/测试相关流程及测试技术；
- Strong judgment, decision-making, planning and execution skills.
有很强的判断、决策、计划与执行能力；
- Good communication and coordination skills
良好的语言表达能力以及跨部门沟通和协调能力；
- Excellent sense of service and teamwork
优秀的服务意识和团队合作意识；
- Cheerful personality, good sense of responsibility and positive awareness of product improvement, have a certain ability to work under pressure
