职责：
• 协助处理东南亚（马来西亚、菲律宾）、东亚（韩国、台湾）、美洲地区（北美洲-美国、加拿大和温哥华，拉丁美洲-墨西哥）以及大洋洲（新西兰）等关键市场的工资支付流程，包括工资支付相关流程的验证或计算，确保数据准确完整；
• 因应需要与薪水处理供应商协调工作，确保准确及时地进行工资计算和支付；
• 根据员工福利计划的资格审核福利并处理安排、取消或更改；
• 支持并协调员工聘用周期的人力资源管理，包括处理人力资源相关的查询，招聘、入职流程、数据输入和维护、培训协调、离职过渡的一般人力资源行政工作；
• 履行分配的其他职责。

要求：
• 2-3年人力资源管理或者薪酬外服工作经验；
• 流利英语语言沟通，包括书面和口头沟通；
• 本科学历；
• 熟练使用MS Word和Excel；
• 能够独立工作并与多元化团队合作；
• 有效管理时间，并根据任务优先级按时完成工作。

优先条件：具有国际人力资源相关经验，无论是在国外工作还是留学的经历。

Job Title: Regional HR Executive
Salary: CNY8,000- CNY12,000

Job Description:
The Regional HR Executive will be a valuable member of the HR team at the international headquarters of Worldwide Logistics Group in Singapore. In this role, you will provide essential support for daily administrative and HR functions. Additionally, you will assist payroll activities and coordination across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with regional payroll requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the full spectrum of payroll activities for key markets in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Philippines), East Asia (Korea, Taiwan), the Americas region (North America-USA, Canada and Vancouver, Latin America-Mexico, and Oceania (New Zealand), including support verification of payroll related processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordination with payroll vendors where required for various counties to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and payments.
• Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans. Reviews benefits with employee and processes enrolment, cancellation or changes.
• Support and execute HR activities, including handle HR-related inquiries and employee life cycle management in recruitment, onboarding process, data input and maintenance, training coordinating, offboarding transition, and provide general HR administrative assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in human resources management or payroll services.
• BA/BS degree.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• Proficiency in English language communication, which includes both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse team.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in a regional/global/similar HR role is desirable, either through working or studying abroad.
