2) have CCIE/HCIE certification in Routing & Switching or Data Center or Security.
3) Be proficient in RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, Trunk, VTP, Etherchannel, QinQ,VRRP,IPLC,L2/L3 MPLS VPN, IPsec VPN, Multicast, QoS.
4) Be Proficient in the provisioning of and maintenance Router & Switch (International famous brand ), Firewall, AC&VPN, Wireless device, Video surveillance system, Conference system, VOIP system, IPTV system,VSAT system,Data Centre, Security.
5) Be Proficient in the construction and maintenance of data center.
6) Be ability to solve complex network issues.
7) Good communication skill, be proficient at Chinese and English listening, speaking and writing.
8) Must have experience in Iraq oilfield.
Must have more than 5 years experience in network execution with at least two years O&M experience.

6）具备解决复杂网络问题的能力。
7）良好的沟通能力，中英文听、说、写熟练
8）有海外油田的工作经验。
必须有5年以上的网络执行经验，至少2年的运维经验。
