EMOTO Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, one of the national electric vehicle industry clusters. We are engaged in the global business of new energy vehicles, and we are a comprehensive service support enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and after-sales service of various types of new energy vehicles (two-wheeled, three-wheeled, and four-wheeled).
The company's self-created brand, HATASU, has applied for trademark rights in nearly ten countries and is already in operation.
With an initial investment of 50 million yuan, our domestic office address is located in the Wuxi Electric Vehicle Industrial Park. 财务职责：
• 协助员工准备月度和季度会计报告。
• 分析财务报表，确保准确性并符合通用会计实践标准。
• 发现潜在的现金流问题和财务不正常情况。
• 与部门负责人沟通，确保每个部门的预算控制在合理范围内。
• 准确填写税务申报表，并确保公司的税款及时支付。
• 对总账账户进行对账。
• 监督和提供对会计文员以及初级会计人员的全面指导。
• 定期向管理层提供有关公司财务状况的更新。
• 确保公司遵守会计法规。
财务需求：
• 会计、金融、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
• 作为会计主管的工作经验。
• 3-5年的簿记、AIP、BIR合规经验。
• 扎实的会计原理和实践知识。
• 能够处理大量数字数据。
• 熟练使用Microsoft Excel和会计软件。
• 出色的分析和解决问题的能力。
• 强大的管理和领导技能。

HATASU Philippine is urgently looking for an Accounting position.

Accounting Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
• Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices.
• Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities.
• Liaising with department heads to ensure that each department remains within budget.
• Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner.
• Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
• Supervising and providing overall guidance to account clerks as well as junior accounting staff.
• Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances.
• Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation.

Accounting Supervisor Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
• With 3-5 years experience in Bookkeeping, AIP, BIR Compliance
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• The ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
