Position Responsibilities:
1.Manage and perform daily accounting tasks including processing transactions for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
2.Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3.Conduct routine reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
4.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
5.Monitor financial data and recommend measures for cost reduction.
6.Preparing the necessary federal, state, and local tax filings ensures adherence to tax laws and regulatory compliance.
7.Collaborate with financial auditors during audits to ensure full compliance with all regulations.
8.Maintain the company’s accounting system, update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
9.Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2.3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
3.Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
4.Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with specific financial platforms like QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Avalara is a plus.
5.Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
6.Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
