岗位职责
1. 供应商质量监管，执行供应商过程及出货检验，
2. 项目跟踪，处理客诉。
3. 协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果。
4. 持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施。
5. 负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制。
6. 与国际供应商沟通，确保质量标准的一致性。

任职要求
1. 机械/机电相关专业，大专及以上学历。具有国际工作经验或对国际市场有一定了解者优先。
2. 3年以上质量相关岗位工作经验，熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，了解产品工艺流程，熟练使用办公软件，能够运用质量管理工具及方法。
3. 流利的汉语、泰语，同时具备英语能力者优先。
4. 严谨细致，具有较强的分析和解决问题能力
5. 良好的团队协作精神，能够持续学习和适应新技术、新标准。
6. 良好的人际沟通能力，能够在多元文化环境中有效沟通。

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Base in Thailand)

**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Supplier quality management, including supplier process and shipment inspection.
2. Project tracking and handling customer complaints.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze quality issues, and oversee the execution and effectiveness of improvement measures.
4. Continuously monitor the progress of all quality objectives and implement necessary improvement measures.
5. Responsible for the maintenance and control of product-related quality documents and records.
6. Communicate with international suppliers to ensure consistency in quality standards.

**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related fields. International work experience or familiarity with international markets is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality-related positions, familiarity with ISO9000 quality management system, understanding of product process flow, proficient in office software, and ability to apply quality management tools and methods.
3. Fluent in Chinese, Thai, with proficiency in English preferred.
4. Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent team collaboration spirit, ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and standards.
6. Good interpersonal communication skills, capable of effective communication in a multicultural environment.
