Key Responsibilities:
• Play a role in incident and problem management such as impact assessments, troubleshooting and remediation and prevention.
• Work as a project manager. Develop implementation plans and ensure project complete on schedule.
• Engage in project management tasks such as tracking project deliverables timeline and documents preparation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related majors.
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience on x86 and ARM servers such as Dell/H3C/Huawei. Strong in performing technical troubleshooting.
• Solid experience in Windows Server/Linux (Ubuntu/Rocky Linux)
• Knowledge in other infrastructure systems such as virtualization is a plus.
• Good project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
