销售工程师岗位职责:
1、根据公司整体销售策略,负责新客户的开发与关系维护工作,为客户提供方案类产品及服务,最终达成业务销售目标;
2、负责所跟进新项目销售的全过程管理,做好对客户的咨询和相关服务,组织协调与客户的技术交流工作
3、负责组织所跟进项目的投标工作,组织与客户的销售合同的签署等工作;
任职要求:
1、大学本科以上学历,熟悉物流、仓储及相关领域,会CAD,3D画图
2、3年以上销售工作经验,以及1年以上大项目/成套设备销售的经验,有大项目销售成功案例经验优先。
3、具有敏锐的市场洞察力、较强的学习能力,丰富的大客户销售和方案类产品销售经验,拥有良好的个人销售业绩;
4、能够适应较为频繁的出差。
Sales Engineer
1.Client Development and Relationship Maintenance: Based on the company's overall sales strategy, responsible for developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with them, providing solution-based products and services to achieve business sales targets.
2.Project Sales Management: Responsible for managing the entire sales process of new projects under your follow-up, including client consultation, related services, and organizing and coordinating technical exchanges with clients.
3.Bid Organization: Responsible for organizing the bidding process for the projects you are following up on and coordinating the signing of sales contracts with clients.
Job Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with logistics, warehousing, and related fields, proficient in CAD and 3D drawing software.
2.Work Experience: More than 3 years of work experience in sales and at least 1 year of experience in large projects or complete equipment sales. Candidates with successful large project sales experience are preferred.
3.Skills: Strong market insight, excellent learning ability, extensive experience in key account sales and solution-based product sales, and a proven track record in personal sales performance.
4.Adaptability: Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
