系2024下半年全新启动的业务主体，专注于为泰国本土品牌、泰国中资品牌提供创意内容营销、达人营销及线下活动策划等，
业务线整体分为：文旅营销线、品牌营销线及平台营销线。

岗位：执行经理
工作地点：曼谷
岗位职责
该岗位需负责wellcomemap文旅营销线 所有项目的执行工作，包括整合泰国当地执行资源（摄影师、物料制作等）、与商家及销售团队沟通对接等；
1. 资源开拓与管理：搜寻、整合泰国本地执行资源（包括但不限于摄影师、销售团队、物料制作及各类型当地资源），用于长期项目合作并维系良好的合作关系；

2. 内部协同：
（1）策划团队协作
项目前：
基于中国策划团队的内容方案，输出拍摄方案，并确保项目按照方案执行；
项目中：
（1）执行资源沟通、执行排期、成本核算、拍摄现场rundown输出、根据项目时间节点推动项目进展，把控项目时间进度等项目管理工作；
（2）项目出差，现场跟进，协助做好摄影师等执行团队与商家之间的沟通，确保项目顺利进行；
项目后：
配合泰国当地BD团队做好客户交付（执行方案、阶段性交付整理、结案文档等）；

3. 客户对接：与客户或合作方进行良好的沟通、跟进，及时了解客户需求，并解决合作中遇到的问题。

二、 岗位要求
1、语言能力：泰文（能够满足执行期间的日常沟通、及必要时的商务会议翻译）+ 中文；
2、可接受泰国项目外勤（项目拍摄等）、必要时可能有东南亚出差；
3、本科以上学历，有3年以上创意公司/互联网相关经验优先，服务过互联网品牌客户优先；
4、有出色的沟通能力，维持好多方合作关系
5、有良好的逻辑思维及信息理解能力，能洞察客户的逻辑和业务需求；
6、有一定的广告策划逻辑，热爱与创意团队并肩战斗；
7、团队协作能力强，并具有能同时管理多个项目的能力.

三、薪资待遇
月薪：7000-10000元

marketing, and offline event planning services for both local Thai and Chinese-funded brands in Thailand. Our operations
encompass three main lines: Cultural Tourism Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Platform Marketing.

Position Title: Executive Manager
Location: Bangkok
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the execution of all projects within the cultural tourism marketing line, including the integration of local execution resources in Thailand (photographers, material production, etc.), as well as communication and coordination with merchants and sales teams.

Job Requirements
1.Language Proficiency: Thai and Chinese fluency.
2.Willingness to Travel: Openness to frequent travel within Southeast Asia.
3.Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates possessing over 3 years of experience
in creative agencies or internet-related fields, especially those who have served internet brand clients.
4.Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, adept at negotiation, and a keen sense of
operational costs.
5.Analytical Thinking: Strong logical thinking and comprehension skills, capable of discerning clients' logic and business requirements.
6.Creative Strategy Understanding: Familiarity with advertising planning logic and enthusiasm for working alongside creative teams.
7.Teamwork & Multitasking: Excellent teamwork capabilities and the capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
8.Presentation Skills: Has certain proposal ability

Compensation Package
