社会责任审核base越南（可居家办公）
【岗位职责】
1. 遵守公司所有相关规则制度、诚信要求和保密性的政策。
2. 根据国际劳工标准，当地法律、法规以及客户的行为准则COC，对工厂或组织进行实地的社会责任审核（包括且不限于：SMETA，WRAP，SA8000，SLCP，GRS, FEM等）。
3. 制作英文报告，客观公正地将审核发现呈现在报告中，并及时递交报告。
4. 领导审核小组，与委派审核员共同完成审核任务。
5. 支持新审核员的现场培训和校准。
6. 其它需要完成的任务。

【岗位要求】
1. 大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、纺织、法律、英语等相关专业。
2. 通过APSCA CSCA审核员考试，拥有且不限于审核资质，如SMETA, WRAP, SLCP, SA8000, GRS, FEM, 等。
3. 良好的英语读写能力。
4. 至少有2年以上的社会责任审核经验。
5. 良好的沟通能力，正直，诚信，善于学习，能承受工作压力，具有较强的责任心和团队合作精神。
6. 熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook等，互联网应用的研究/报告/分析工具。
7. 可适应经常性的出差。
Social Compliance Auditor
【 Job responsibilities 】
1. Comply with all relevant rules and regulations, integrity requirements and confidentiality policies of the company.
2. Conduct on-site social responsibility audits of factories or organizations (including but not limited to SMETA, WRAP, SA8000, SLCP, GRS, FEM, etc.) in accordance with international labor standards, local laws, regulations and customer Code of Conduct COC.
3. Prepare English reports, present audit findings in the reports objectively and impartially, and submit reports in time.
4. Lead the audit team and complete the audit task together with the appointed auditor.
5. Support on-site training and calibration of new auditors.
6. Other tasks that need to be completed.

【 Job Requirements 】
1. College degree or above, major in safety engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, textile, law, English, etc.
2. Pass the APSCA CSCA Auditor exam and have but not limited to audit qualifications such as SMETA, WRAP, SLCP, SA8000, GRS, FEM, etc.
3. Good English reading and writing skills.
4. At least 2-year experience in social responsibility audit.
5. Good communication skills, integrity, good at learning, able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other Internet application research/report/analysis tools.
7. Adapt to frequent business trips.
