工作内容：
Job Description:
1、品牌推广与宣传，策划实施品牌推广活动（线上和线下）。推广客房、餐饮等服务项目。管理酒店官网、社交媒体账号及线上广告。需要一定平面设计能力；
Brand promotion and publicity, planning and implementing brand promotion activities (online and offline). Promote guest rooms, catering and other service items. Manage the hotel's official website, social media accounts and online advertising. Requires certain graphic design skills;
2、线上营销与预订管理：管理OTA（在线旅游代理）平台和酒店官网的客房销售；
Online marketing and reservation management: managing room sales on OTA (online travel agency) platforms and hotel official websites;
3、市场分析与研究：根据市场趋势、竞争环境和目标客户群体的需求；
Market analysis and research: based on market trends, competitive environment and the needs of target customer groups;
4、客户关系管理：协助同事开发并对接维护重点客户；
Customer relationship management: assist colleagues in developing, connecting and maintaining key customers;
5、与其他部门协作，完成上级安排起其他任务。
Collaborate with other departments to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
工作要求：
Job Requirements:
1、熟练掌握英文，中英双语者优先；
Be good in English, both be good in Chinese and English preferred;
2、国籍不限；
No nationality limited;
3、有1-3年酒店市场营销经验；
1-3 years of experience in hotel marketing;
4、逻辑思维能力强，勇于创新；
Strong logical thinking ability, be innovative;
