P1 General requirements：1、Bachelor's degree or above in engineering cost, project management, civil engineering, and other related majors is required. Graduates from key universities are preferred. Fresh graduates should graduate from regular universities with relevant majors, excellent academic performance, and internship experience is preferred.
2、The general age requirement is 22-45 years old, and those with rich experience may be appropriately relaxed.
P2 Professional requirements：
1、Be proficient in the whole process of engineering cost management, including but not limited to pre-project cost estimation, bill of quantities preparation, tender control price preparation, construction phase cost control, completion settlement review, and other links.
2、Proficient in the mainstream construction software in the Middle East , be able to use the software to quickly and accurately complete cost-related calculation and modeling tasks, and be proficient in using various functional modules of the quantity calculation software.
3、Proficiently use Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, be able to efficiently use function formulas for data statistics, analysis, and processing, and create professional cost reports.

P3 Project experience ：
1、Junior cost estimators should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in engineering cost, participate in the cost work of at least 1-2 small and medium-sized projects, be familiar with the basic cost process, and be able to complete simple cost tasks under guidance, such as assisting in the preparation of bill of quantities.
2、Intermediate cost engineers should have 3-8 years of work experience, independently responsible for the cost management of 3-5 medium-sized projects, covering the whole process from budget preparation to completion settlement, be able to accurately control project costs, and handle various cost changes and disputes during the construction process.
3、Senior cost experts should have more than 8 years of industry experience, have successful cases in cost management of large and complex projects (such as landmark buildings, large infrastructure projects), have a deep insight into industry trends, policies, and regulations, and be able to provide forward-looking cost strategies and decision-making support for projects.
