You will be a Business Development Director, and be involved with institutional fundraising and business development for a real estate fund. You will be responsible for pitching investment opportunities to prospective investors, as well as managing a team of analysts to conduct financial projects and align prospective investments with the organisation’s strategic goals.
Real estate and full-cycle private equity background is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team to analyse financial data, taking into account project goals and long-term viability
Manage pitch decks, internal and external material for acquisitions, investments, and business development
Structure research on business model viability, using financial data to inform prospective investors
Summarise data on past, present, and future business performance, using comparative analysis, and develop forecasts for long-term business
Front office activities, including but not limited to industry presentations, investor meeting and pitches, trade shows, and more
Qualifications:
7-10 years of financial experience, with a preference for sell-side or real estate experience
Proven track record as a team leader in investments
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Cross-cultural, language capability, and Southeast Asia work experience valued
