About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Organize and maintain physical/digital files following company guidelines.
Answer calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
Assist with general office tasks and ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners).
Prior administrative experience is a plus.
