This position offers the candidate the opportunity to learn all aspects of supply chain execution, particularly in the fast e-commerce growing arena, how warehouse and transportation operations are keeping up with the market change, and how the innovation and the logistics software and cloud solutions are solving customers' problems. The focused industries include E-commerce, CPG, Fashion, Automotive, High-tech, Pharma, and 3rd party logistics.

Responsibilities:
Participate in project earlier stage meetings, and provide the documentation of the meeting including meeting minutes and action plan
Organize documentation such as product training material, and product manual translation.
For experienced candidates:
oParticipate in customer requirement study and draw process flow and output product gap analysis.
oParticipate in system UAT test and user training

Qualifications:
Strong communication, English and local language writing skills, and teamwork player
Currently pursuing B.S. or M.S. degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Other intern or related working experience is preferred.
