Procurement Leader

岗位职位：
1.Develop procurement plans based on operational needs, execute purchase orders for equipment, spare parts, tools, chemicals, etc., and ensure timely delivery.
2.Be responsible for supplier development, evaluation, and relationship maintenance, establish a list of qualified suppliers, and conduct regular performance evaluations (quality, price, delivery time, etc.).
3.Participate in supplier negotiations, optimize procurement costs, and track contract fulfillment (such as delivery, acceptance, payment, etc.).
4.Collaborate with the operation team to ensure that the purchased materials comply with technical specifications (such as industry standards like API, ISO) and HSE requirements.
5.Review the technical documents provided by suppliers (such as material certificates, inspection reports, etc.) to ensure that the quality of the materials meets the standards.
6.Collect market information (such as price trends, supplier dynamics), prepare procurement analysis reports to support decision-making.
7.Handle urgent procurement requirements (such as emergency spare parts for equipment repairs), and quickly coordinate with suppliers and logistics resources.
8.Other tasks assigned by the superior.

任职要求：
1.Procurement，supply chain management and related majors, with a bachelor's degree or above.
2.Professional in Procurement in marine & offshore area.
3.More than 3 years of experience in procurement fields.
4.More than 5 years of experience in international project procurement and 3 year oversea working experiences.
5.Have a good understanding of the basic principles and practices of procurement.
6.Having a professional certification in supply chain management (CSCP) or in logistics transportation and distribution (CLTD), or other qualifications related to logistics or customs affairs.
7.Be proficient in using office software such as Excel and Powerpoint.
8.Good command of English or French.
