【岗位职责】
Job Responsibilities:
1、技术支持与问题解决：沟通客户及技术部门，解决客户售后问题；
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Act as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams to resolve after-sales technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
2、客户沟通与培训：向客户操作人员、维护人员提供专业培训，确保客户能独立高效使用产品；
Client Communication & Training:Provide professional training to client operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they can independently and efficiently operate the products.
3、信息反馈与文档管理：详细记录每次服务的内容，形成标准化服务报告，确保内容符合当地语言习惯和行业规范；
Documentation & Feedback:Maintain detailed records of each service activity and generate standardized service reports in accordance with local language norms and industry standards.
4、及时完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner.

【任职资格】
Qualifications:
1、教育：本科及以上学历，工程相关专业； 
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related field.
2、语言能力：精通英语及中文，听说读写流利，能无障碍进行技术沟通、撰写技术文档；
Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written); must be capable of conducting technical communication and producing technical documentation in both languages.
3、技能：1-3年相关行业技术支持或现场服务经验，优秀应届毕业生可考虑；
Technical Skills:1–3 years of experience in technical support or field service in a related industry. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
4、其他：能接受常驻客户现场，工作认真负责，沟通表达能力强，有责任心。
Additional Requirements:Must be willing to be stationed long-term at the client site. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a diligent, detail-oriented work ethic are essential.
