岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
负责 Curaway 医疗产品在非洲区域的市场推广与销售；
建立和管理分销网络，支持代理商实现销售目标；
与当地医院、医生、经销商保持良好关系，推动临床使用与市场认可；
协调市场活动、展会与产品演示，提升品牌影响力；
收集市场信息，及时向总部反馈市场需求和竞争动态。
Promote and sell Curaway’s medical devices in the African region
Develop and manage distributor networks, supporting partners to meet sales targets;
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and local distributors;
Organize marketing activities, product demonstrations, and medical conferences to enhance brand awareness;
Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to the headquarters on local demand and competition.

任职要求 / Requirements
本科及以上学历，医学、生物工程、市场营销等相关专业优先；
至少3年以上医疗器械销售经验，有肿瘤/介入/外科产品经验者优先；
熟悉东南亚市场环境，具备一定的当地人脉资源者优先；
出色的沟通能力和结果导向的工作态度；
中英文流利，能够与总部高效沟通。
