我们正在寻找一位结果导向、能够与公司长期发展的销售经理。成功的候选人将负责开拓和维护公司的重要客户资源,通过卓越的沟通技巧与专业的销售能力,实现业务目标的持续增长。
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who can grow with our company for the long term. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, ensuring sustainable business growth through excellent communication and professional sales skills.
岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
负责公司大客户的开发、关系维护与深度挖掘;
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with key clients.
独立完成从商机挖掘、客户公关、订单获取到产品交付及回款的完整销售流程;
Independently manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to client engagement, order acquisition, delivery, and payment collection.
制定并执行针对大客户的销售策略与计划,完成年度销售指标;
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for key clients to achieve annual sales targets.
收集市场信息与客户反馈,与内部团队(技术、物流等)协作,确保客户满意度;
Gather market information and client feedback, collaborate with internal teams (such as technical and logistics) to ensure excellent service delivery.
任职要求 / Requirements
经验与能力 / Experience & Skills:
至少3年以上销售经验,具备企业客户开发及订单获取的成功经验者优先;
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a proven track record in corporate client development and deal closing.
语言技能 / Language Skills:
具备良好的英语口语与书面表达能力,能用于日常及商务沟通;
Good command of spoken and written English, capable of business communication.
教育背景 / Education:
大专及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先;
Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
个人素养 / Personal Qualities:
工作踏实认真并愿意长期共事且具有高度责任心和职业操守;
Diligent and conscientious, willing to work together long-term, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
拥有出色的谈判技巧、人际交往与抗压能力;
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and stress management skills.
能适应快节奏工作,具备独立解决问题的能力。
Able to work under pressure and handle complex problems independently.
