Country Chief Financial Officer in charge of the Vietnam Plants ( Boviet Solar Tech, Italisa Vietnam, Bode Materials, Boway Tubes, and Boway Materials)

Work Location:

Reports to Finance Director HQ

Job Duties

l Responsible for the formulation of the financial strategy and annual financial goals of the Vietnamese companies in accordance with the company's vision plan and board resolutions, and organizing the decomposition and implementation of the goals;

l Responsible for organizing the preparation and adjustment of the Vietnamese company's annual budget, and summarizing the Vietnamese company's annual budget; regularly analyzing and evaluating the implementation of the budget, and monitoring the Vietnamese subsidiaries to reduce costs;

l Conduct financial analysis and report on the implementation of monthly subsidiary budgets, and put forward management improvement suggestions;

l According to the actual operating business of the Vietnamese company, management control of the financial and related operating risks of the Vietnamese company (including but not limited to customs, taxation, capital, foreign exchange management, etc.);

l Responsible for improving the financial accounting, cost optimization, and process improvement of Vietnam's factories; responsible for the conversion of the financial statements of the Vietnamese company in accordance with the Chinese accounting standards and the preparation of the monthly and quarterly consolidated statements of the parent company and the group

l Build and train a qualified Vietnamese financial management team

l Complete other tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Profile:

1. College degree or above majored in finance, more than 10 years of financial management work experience in multinational companies or large enterprises, and cross-industry financial work experience is preferred; Vietnamese/Hong Kong nationals with Big Four accounting firms are preferred

2. Have good daily communication skills and team management skills, familiar with local tax laws and regulationsand administrative procedures;

3. Goodin English;

4. Certificate: Accountant
