岗位职责:

Base on: India
NOTE: The candidate will have a traning in China in 2020 first and then base on India after the end of the covid-19 next year.

1. Based on ME 531 and KPI, planning, organizational management and personnel management
2. Co-ordinate and promote the ME of new production lines, new equipment, new manufacturing platform to ensure that the objectives are achieved;
3. Responsible for the equipment maintenance, upgrade management, achieve safety, efficiency, high quality;
4. Responsible for budget formulation and cost control ME the three-tier institutions;
5. Responsible for ME three-level institutions in key positions of personnel training；Build agile, efficient ME team;Support ME indicators achieved；
工作地点：印度
1. 基于ME 531和KPI，规划组织管理和人员管理，达成KPI；
2. 统筹和推进ME新产线、新设备、新制造平台的导入确保各项目标达成；
3. 负责MU设备维护、升级管理，达成安全、高效、高品质；
4. 负责ME三级机构的预算制定和费用控制；


任职资格:
Working experience:
1.8-year production equipment maintenance and management
2.Team management with more than 30 people over 3 years
3. Relevant experience in personnel training
4. Lithium Industry priority
Relevant qualifications (priority):
1. Management Education Training Certification (MBA、 Certified Lecturer, etc.)
2. Project management education training certification (PMP, etc.)
1、8年量产设备维护和管理
2. 团队管理，30多人，3年以上
3. 人员培训的相关经验
4. 英语听说读写流利
5、锂业优先
