1，为公司项目制定市场推广战略和营销策略，辅助销售团队完成销售业绩。

2，策划举办有效的营销活动，并掌控从构思到执行的整个实施过程。
Plan effective marketing campaigns and take control of the entire implementation process of the project from conception to execution.
3，制定每季度的营销预算，并保证资金使用合理；制定、监督营销团队员工绩效。
Make and set a quarterly marketing budget, and ensure the reasonable use of funds;Develop and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
4，建立和执行公司的社交媒体和其它网络或电子媒体推广战略，操作和管理所有付费社交媒体的推广渠道、活动和报告，如Google、Linkedln、Twitter、Facebook、Instagram, Quora,Youtube.
Establish and implement the Company's social media and other network or electronic media and outreach strategies to operate and manage all paid social media promotion channels, activities and reports, such as Google、Linkedln、Twitter、Facebook、Instagram, Quora,Youtube.
Oversee and manage all paid channels, campaigns, and reporting including but not limited to paid search, Google, Linkedln, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Youtube, content syndication, account-based marketing, and other digital/traditional channels
5，执行公司与传统媒体的合作方案

6，监控和评估公司在多种媒体渠道的推广绩效，并提供周报、月报，不断优化营销活动、受众、创意和文案，以确保每个潜在客户的推送成本符合广告支出回报率的目标。Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure KPIs are met， Continually optimize campaigns, audiences, creativity, and copy to ensure cost per lead is in line with the goals of Return of AD Spend.

1，3年以上市场营销推广工作经验
More than 3 years of marketing and promotion experience
2，熟悉迪拜广告行业及营销领域资源及市场动态
Be familiar with the resources and market dynamics of Dubai's advertising industry and marketing
3，对于商业管理流程和模式有深刻理解，纵向可以掌控项目发展的各个阶段和流程，横向可以应对和处理跨部门、多任务的工作挑战。
A deep understanding of business management processes and models, vertical control of the project development stages and processes, flexible to meet and deal with cross-functional, multi-tasking work challenges.
4, 优秀的沟通和组织能力
Excellent communication and organizational skills
5.熟悉各种媒体平台和新媒体运营模式，对内容输出有完整的思路，进而构建内容运营体系。 负责网站、APP、自媒体、社区等渠道的内容运营。
Familiar with various media platforms and new media operation modes, have a complete idea of content output, and build a content operation system. Responsible for the content operation of websites, APPs, we-media, communities and other channels.
6, 有B2B或B2C市场营销经验者更佳
Bonus will be added if having B2B, B2C marketing/advertising experience.
国籍不限，中国、印度、阿拉伯籍均可，欢迎推荐。
Nationality does not matter.
Chinese, Indian, Arab can be recommended.

薪资待遇：
Salary
公司根据阿联酋法律提供签证、医疗保险、带薪年假和往返机票，不定期团建。具体薪资面议。
The company provides visas, medical insurance, paid annual leaves and round-trip airfares in accordance with UAE law, team building from time to time. Specific salary will be confirmed on physical meeting.
